Joe at Fairmont Flooring did a fantastic job of assisting us through the entire process from flooring selection through installation. He made arrangements for us to see the flooring we selected in a completed home before we ordered. His pricing was very competitive and the installation was first class. I would highly recommend Fairmont Flooring for your flooring needs.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job installing Provenza Luxury Vinyl throughout our house. I selected to work with Joe after speaking to several other companies, including one we'd used previously for laminate in a detached office on our property (who did a good job). I appreciated Joe's honesty, transparency and zero pressure attitude towards the sales process - his quote was identical to other good quotes we received but I trusted him much more. As someone who owns multiple businesses the last thing I ever want to hear from someone is "oh don't worry about it" when asking how we handle a specific situation - in our case slight curvature in our slab. Joe offered common sense suggestions and solutions and his decades of experience in the flooring business assured me he was up to the task. The installer Jimmy was a true craftsman and a delight to have in our home for a week. Literally nothing I would suggest them to change and I seldom would ever rate someone's work 5 stars. Keep up the great work Fairmont!

I am so happy with my new tile and carpet. The guys were so professional and nice. They explained every detail to me. They also cleaned up before they left!! When the plumber came to put back the toilet, he said "wow, they did a great job". I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!
